At Restrap, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Securely pack the sports equipment in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
